Q 1.

a) Who served second longest period in ICC Development Committee since its realization under global development program?

b)  which country he/she represents?

c)  global status of country represents?

d) Notable contribution on building national team?

A 1.

a) Mr. Andrew Armitage, served ICC Development Committee, focused for ICC Associate members only, from 2009 to 2019.

b) Mr. Armitage is a British Origin, head of Finland Cricket Association for many years and occupied ICC Development Committee as the Representative of  around 50% members of ICC.  (Total members of ICC is 104 at present)

c) Among Associate members Development rankings Finland normally occupied very lower positions since 2009 and at present ranked 53 of 92 Associate member countries.

d) Cricket apparently is doing extremely  well as per the Website of Finnish Cricket Association. However supposedly Mr. Armitage failed to penetrate the mass of Finnish Population even after so many years as a head of Finnish Cricket Board.  Around  ONLY 06% of foreign country-birth origin of total 5.5 million population of Finland represent allegedly more than 90% of Finnish Cricket.

Ironically Mr. Armitage was in ICC Development committee for near 10 years representing major chunk of ICC members for Global Cricket Development.
